4. Safe Driving
The user agrees to use the App only in a manner consistent with safe driving conditions.
Where interaction with the App is necessary while driving, the user should, to the extent possible, make use of voice guidance, in car systems, or other safe usage methods.
It is recommended that any action likely to distract the driver not be performed while the vehicle is in motion.
The user is solely responsible for safe driving and for complying with applicable traffic legislation while operating a vehicle.
NavGo is a driver assistance tool and does not replace the driver's attention, judgment, or responsibility.
5. Radar and Driving Alerts
To the extent permitted in the country or region you are in, NavGo may provide various driving alerts based on fixed speed enforcement points, average speed corridors, and user reports.
This information may be obtained from various sources, and its timeliness or accuracy cannot always be guaranteed.
The user must not interpret the absence of an alert in the App as meaning that there is no speed enforcement, traffic control, or other hazard on a given road.
NavGo's core purpose is not to encourage the violation of traffic rules, but to increase the driver's awareness of road, speed and traffic conditions.
Some features may be restricted or entirely disabled in certain countries or regions due to applicable local legislation.

Creating a NavGo account may be required to use some features of the App.
The user is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current information when creating an account,
- Maintaining the security of the methods used to access their account,
- All activity carried out through their account,
- Notifying NavGo upon noticing any unauthorized access
.
NavGo may temporarily restrict, suspend, or, where necessary, terminate an account in cases such as a security breach, fraud, misuse, creation of a fake account, damage to the Services, or violation of these Terms.

NavGo users may create reports relating to traffic, accidents, road works, hazards on the road, enforcement points and similar conditions.
The user must ensure that the reports they create are as accurate, current and made in good faith as possible.
Content provided by the user must not:
- Be misleading,
- Be unlawful,
- Infringe the rights of third parties,
- Be used with the intent to manipulate the system.

NavGo does not guarantee the accuracy of user reports.
NavGo may remove or limit the visibility of reports that are inaccurate, misleading, outdated, abusive, or that may adversely affect community safety.

Certain features of the App may make use of the following data:

- Device and app information,

Detailed information about the purposes for which location data is processed, retention periods, legal bases, and user rights is set out in the NavGo Privacy Policy.

- The current subscription fee,
- Applicable taxes and fees,

15. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Automatically renewing subscriptions may renew at the end of the relevant subscription period unless cancelled by the user.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store can be managed through the Apple account; subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be managed through Google Play subscription management.
Deleting the App from a device does not, on its own, cancel a subscription.
Following cancellation, when the user's access to premium features ends is determined by the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made and applicable legislation.
16. Price Changes
NavGo may change the prices of subscription plans over time.
Price changes are applied in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store, the legislation of the user's country, and the terms of the existing subscription.
Where required, price changes are communicated to the user by the relevant app store or by NavGo.
The user's rights arising from applicable legislation are reserved.
17. Payments and Refunds
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed through that platform's payment infrastructure.
Refund and payment requests are evaluated in accordance with the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made and applicable legislation.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights of the user arising from applicable consumer legislation that cannot be waived by contract.

This right does not mean that ownership of the App or its content is transferred to the user.

Where possible and appropriate, the user may be informed about the relevant action.

Where mandatory consumer protection provisions apply in the user's country, those provisions remain in effect.
For consumers in Türkiye, the rights of application and other legal rights arising from applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
28. Force Majeure
Circumstances arising from the full or partial unavailability of the Services due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, large scale internet or telecommunications outages, decisions of public authorities, cyberattacks, third party infrastructure outages, and similar events beyond NavGo's reasonable control, are evaluated within the framework of applicable legislation.
29. Changes to the Terms
NavGo may update these Terms over time due to changes in legislation, new features, changes to the structure of the Services, or other necessary circumstances.
The current Terms of Service are published on the NavGo website and/or the App.
For changes that materially affect users' rights, users are informed through appropriate means where required by applicable legislation.
